Out of all the laws ... After Newton's Law of Gravitation which drives the whole universe and Moore's Law which is all over my dissertation and provides me my bread and butter.
The next law which I respect, adheres and keep ranting about is "Murphy's Law".
This law states - Anything that can go wrong will go wrong.
I find murphy's law the most significant and the one that drives me nuts at times have you ever noticed the day you are late to work the bus is always early and so is your boss worst is, he is looking for you.
The coin that flips always fall on the farthest most edge under the table.
Things sudddenly stops working the moment you are confident and assured to show it to your boss and prove you made it work. The research you have been doing since long has been done and even published though you did all the backgoround literature survey.
It happens, omnipresence of this law is in our day to day and still we keep ignoring it.
Nothing is as easy as it looks and if everything seems to be going well, you have obviously overlooked something and obviously it will take longer than you think.
If you think this law is overly pessimistic than you belong to different school of thought and I am more than happy to argue... I am sure for me this law enables us to make you little more cautious, smile and still be happy as you atleast have something to say... when your working stuff suddenly stop working and you are about to show it to your manager or he is right in front of you - ( Oop's murphy law is in action now).
OK now
Smile... tomorrow will be worse - no not me it is murphy's philosphy !!!!! (Though I am hoping this tomorrow never comes)
